GOALS FOR THE END OF THE WORLD

  • Establish bi-monthly themes

  • Find a writer for a monthly book column

That is right! End of the world magazine now has optional bi-monthly themes for writing submissions. Which means you do not have to submit your writing within the boundaries of this theme but can and are encouraged to. For the January-February months, the theme is rebirth, renewal, or reawakening. As mentioned before, end of the world is interested in the weird, in something new and untraditional. Writers are encouraged to take our monthly prompts as a rough guideline to expand upon. As for our monthly book column, we are currently hiring! As detailed on the application forum and at the bottom of this article, we are looking for 1-2 writers who love reading and are interested in writing about books on a monthly basis. Applicants preferably have experience writing for a deadline, whether it be formal or not. Love of books is not optional however. Please APPLY HERE if you’re interested!
